Ariola 1003 is a beautiful property with an amazing view. Fantastic location right across from public beach access. Obviously plenty of room for our 15 people. When we called regarding rather dirty grills, two brand new grills arrived the following day! This property worked well for our large group providing private spaces.

The kids basically lived in the pool the while time we were there. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen was very well stocked - they had everything we needed. The rental office even called to make sure we had everything we needed, so thoughtful. Everyone in the office was very helpful and maintenance was on standby - one of the kids knocked a door knob off and he came right over to fix it. We had such an amazing trip and would absolutely rent through this company again.
The home was recently redesigned, something readily apparent in the immaculate decor. There’s room for 10 guests across four bedrooms. The distribution of rooms makes it great for families with children, while members of smaller groups can enjoy having bedrooms to themselves. Each of the three bedrooms has plenty of privacy, space, and smart design elements.
The beach is the main attraction here, and there are plenty of places to access it. The home comes equipped with four bikes and all the gear you’ll need to enjoy the beach. Guests will need to ascend one flight of stairs to reach the main level of the home. The building is just around the corner from the beachbound bus stop.

The house has the best of both worlds with a great beach/water views, very short walk to the beach/water and a very nice private pool. It is a very nice home, comfortable, well decorated, & the staff at Paradise Beach Homes was very helpful, kind & pleasant. We loved it so much that we are booking the home again next year for our annual "Beach Hen Party." It would be much more enjoyable to have comfy seating like rocking chairs etc to enjoy the gulf breeze & beautiful view of the gulf. The current seating is lacking & uncomfortable. Members of my organization put together a beach week offsite meeting at 1003 Ariola through Paradise Beach Homes. The staff at PBH went out of their way to ensure our unique needs were met, as we weren't the typical vacationers. However, I would highly recommend their company for those considering a beach trip to Pensacola. The family loved the house & the rooms worked out perfect for all. The kitchen items were numerous & 2 fridges & ice maker helped a lot.
The dog beach is less than a mile away, and there’s a human beach a short walk away. This is the perfect home for a wedding or reunion. The pool was great and its across the street from beach access. Our guests loved it and we had a perfect wedding.
